The day before was 除夕, and it was outing day too. Went out with CG to watch this Chinese show by Jet Li called 霍元甲. What I can say is that the movie is quite good, with the antagonist growth from impetuous to maturity. It’s a real-life story of the person of the same name. I’ll give it 4 out of 5. If u are thinking of watching it, go for it. Worth the $9.50 (yup, it was a pre-holiday and weekend, so it’s $9.50)… Went for karaoke at K-box after that. But it’s so expensive, why! Each person paid like $30 bucks for that few hours. And yeah, I came back at like 4am. Super-tiring!!
Yesterday was 大年初一 and usually on the first day of the New year, the norm is that we’ll go visit my grandma who stays in Punggol. Because I slept late the day before, I thought I’ll be late. Mummy say that we’ll probably go on the 2nd day of the new year…. Daddy go 放生… Haiz… Wrong flow!
Anyway, eventually we got to go. Grandma’s god-daughter whom they have not seen for many many years turned up at their house. Wow… and my mother and aunties cried out of joy. Isn’t this CNY most special? Yes, in my opinion. CNY is about reunion (团圆) and after at least 20 years of lost contact, they finally found one another. Wow!!!

This is Mimi the Old maid (老处女). Yup, it’s a Chihuahua. It has the most repulsive behavior I have ever seen for a dog. It’s very tiny but it bites. Especially when my Furby and Jerby go near it. I guess it’s very jealous for attention. Or that…. It’s racist? Hahahahaha….
