It's God's grace, never COINCIDENCE!!

Yup, as said in my previous entry, there's gonna be more things which are more constructive. But as i'm still reading on the book, the review will not come in till after CNY. Today's sharing will probably be short too.

Earlier last week i was pretty discouraged about work, because my candidate did not want the position in J Tukang. Though my client is willing to talk salary terms, but she still didn't want. Haiz. And it's been like 3 weeks on the job and i still haven't close my case. Flower got her first closed case on her 3rd week. I guess i understand what 人比人，气死人 really mean. Though yeah, because she's like the newest coming in MP before me, and she got order on the 3rd week, i set her record as my benchmark. Haiz, wrong move!!! Last week i was really very very discouraged leh. I started to question myself : "Am i really suited for this industry"?

Firstly, before i go on, a great thanks to Michelle!

Thanks for sharing the book with me (Yup, the one with the book review coming up). I've started reading the book on Monday. And it has really been very tremendous. Details will come with the review. But i've learnt to change my thinking. Being positive!!

Really! Last time i always tell myself to be positive, yes, but for a season. And most of the time i always go back to the moping mode and having self-pity on myself, thinking negatively.. But this week i set in my heart, and i know that since God has brought me into this industry with HIS Rhema, then i'm set for this industry! No matter what the circumstances are, i know that this is where i am going to be in!

Wednesday 25th January
I have an opening for Customer Service Telemarketer for a beauty product. And i have been sourcing for sometime, and though the choice is made, but my client has some query about my candidate. And finally after the 2nd interview, my candidate is selected!! Praise God.

Of course, from there, my confidence really surged. It's grace of God.

Thursday 26th January
My candidate is very excited about the position in Tukang, and i've promised to follow up with my client. She called to remind me to ask..... She's accepted!! Yeah!!

Friday 27th January
Today lah! Went to office for half day for spring cleaning..... Clean telephone. 老板 is quite a D person, which is good, but he's super funny. Cleaning up the "by hook or by crook" the super clean way. =) In the midst of it, my candidate got the wrong timing and so have to get her to go meet my client (Jap store). When she came, she said that she got the job!! Wah!! In my excitement, i got her to fill up the application form, but.. i forgot to photstat her ic... ('_')

Anyway, i've sent in the confirmation agreement. Yeah!!!

All in all, i've brought in an estimated $2.5k for my company!! Yeah. I'll work harder!!

I wouldn't have been able to achieve that in a span of 3 days, if the Grace of God is not with me. HALLELUJAH!!


Last thing, my graduation photo from Serangoon is finally hanging on the living room wall. Haiz.... forget it. Wanted to post it here, but it's super blur. U can see it when you see it on msn. If not... then too bad lor.
