So far I have conducted like at least 10 interviews, and I guess my interviewing skills are really improving slowly. And as of now, I have like 9 orders to work on, though with one of them being super slow and passive. I have to call that client for like 4 days on end. I have sent him the candidates’ resumes since Monday and there was no response!! Urgh!!!!!
God is good!! My customer service position is more-or-less confirmed closed, and my candidate is accepting it. So I’m believing that I can close more sales. Yesterday, Boss was telling me that I should have at least like 8 orders to work on every week. At that thought, I felt a bit stressed, because I have at least 6 confirmed orders but my candidates are not that quality. Really hoping that there will be better and better candidates in the coming week. Oh my!! Next week is CNY somemore! Argh!!!!
I’m pretty broke for now… I’m only left with less than $100 bucks till…. 15th February?? Yesterday’s cg message really serves as a reminder for me… This year I must really be faithful over money. Though I succeed last year, but because of no job, all my savings are depleted…. Well, God give me a financial breakthrough!!!! =)
Today was super pissed by a 35 year old candidate…. X was slated to go for interview this morning, and while I was on the phone with a client, X just passed the message to 郭富城 of not going to interview because she already got a job, and she never pick up my calls!! Some more I arrange on Friday because X say she could not apply for leave!! So much for delaying the interview for my client. Now my poor client has not candidate!! =( Auntie shared something that I’ll follow. And I will! If my client is ok with it, then I’ll allow my candidates to change slots. I was so angry that I wanted to blacklist X on the recruitment web. But, well, 好马不吃回头草. Let’s hope I don’t come across candidates like this, or preferable the candidate in question.
This week is a week of hit-and-miss. I really need to rely on GOD’s grace in my workplace, so that I can have enough hits!!
Tuition for the year.
I have started to give tuition this year already, and yup I have only one student… Nigel!! Yeah, he’s the boy that I’m super proud of last year, because he broke his arm, but he made it to Primary 6. But he’s super crappy, like last year…. The crappiest thing so far....

I didn’t say that ok! Lol... After tuition, he came back from toilet, and he fashioned his hair like this, and he say : “Teacher Jenna, I look like Chicken Little hor?” Hahahahaha….. I couldn’t resist, and took that shot. =)
I have great plans on how to help him to achieve good results (Yeah, ACS ( I ) ) It’s really tiring to work and teach part-time, but I know that at the end of the year, I know it’s going to be very meaningful, when I see his results.
Just one question, the Chicken Little…. Is it male or female huh? Well, I didn’t watch the movie, so someone who knows kindly tag to tell me, or others who dunno but paiseh to ask. =)
