Today i witnessed something that grossed me out on the public transport.
As per normal, i was minding my own business taking the MRT to work everyday. Yeah. Imagine if MRT disappears for just 1 day. The whole of Singapore will go mad!
Anyway, the train was super crowded at 8.25am. So i was happily listening to my mix of MP3 on the way to office. Was pretty tired, but was really quite disturbed by the humongeous crowd there. It was like 2 stops after the place where i boarded, that i noticed this particular passenger who boarded my carriage.
He was dishevelled, didn't shave his goatee, wearing an overly huge shirt in his small build. Pretty typically. I really tried not to be distracted by him, but his actions were really very attention-giving.
He was rubbing his eyes and he was rubbing and rubbing and rubbing and rubbing.... then he held the pole (and he seemed to be wiping the debris on the pole.... eeek)..
I was trying my best not to look at him.
Then.... he did something else. He started to dig his nose!
Then he did the same... he wiped his fingers on the pole (it looked very obvious lor) and held on the pole.
I think the person who was standing infront of him, holding the pole,he was pretty disturbed.
I'm quite disturbed by it too.
I think we all need to be considerate to one another, esp when on a PUBLIC TRANSPORT.
