The Archetypes - Rebel, Jock, teacher's pet

This will be the next continuation of the Archetypes. I'll be describing a few of them here. U have to realize that it's going to take quite a few postings, and esp today is going to be slightly more because it's sunday today.

The Rebel

As the name states, the Rebel usually do things that are different from the norm, and they tend to be those who challenge the authority. But they are good communicators, have very keen observational skills (they must have bullets to justify their challenge wha), and creative. The most important thing is that they have convictions - total confidence in what they believe and determine to push their views across. But one setback is that they need to know when to compromise, where the situation arises. Ok, rather they can be inflexible, like what we chinese say: "Si Nao Jin".

There's about 1 or 2 that i know of in the company but they are blends such as Rebel-Class Clown and the Rebel-Go-getter. Anyway, if u are reading this, yes i'm not talking about u. U know who u are :)

The Jock

The Jocks are those who are really very charismatic (and i don't mean bombastic words, thank you), and they are usually very savvy in terms of their dressing (yes, they will dress to kill!). Since they are very charismatic ppl, they can make their audience very comfortable, and yes, they can relate well. They command a strong stage presence whenever they are.

Hmmm.. tendency to be the boss. But personally i don't think my boss is a Jock; he has about 40% of a Jock's archetype, but well... read on.

The Teacher's Pet

Examples such as Hermione in Harry Potter, and the usual class monitor/monitoress. They have attention of the teac... eh hem... i mean the bosses. Usually Teacher's pet are very loyal people. For one, he/she is always below the boss. And for one, he/she is a gifted listener. But usually this person can get mistaken as someone who stabs others in the back.

Hmmm... i kinda find that i'm one of that. And for my blend, its seems that i'm the Teacher's pet-Geek. Though my boss has given me time to give my views on some things, and ya, there are times i give answers that either send him thinking, or he will go -_-"' before deciding on the final. And for another, i'm not really a very hyper person (ok, hyper and lameness are 2 different things!), and not really someone that's fun.

Ok, i guess this much i want to say much. Why i say i'm a Geek, that will be in the next set of Archetype. I think i really am.
