Just Update... quite a long entry

Ok, it's been quite a few days since i've updated, and i guess, there are some comments on my previous entry. But, what irks me is why the anonymity? I would like to let u know that, over here [in Singapore, your 2nd reply seems to tell me that you don't work in Singapore], MC taken during probation is generally not paid, but considered as NPL. I think, it's quite fair as considering that during the probation, there are ppl who take MC to look for another opportunity (there are many cases that happens, even with confirmed staff, or on-the-way-out staff), and do the company has to pay for it in terms of effectiveness and efficiency that can be achieved in that day? Of course, there are genuine reasons such as the person is really very sick to work. There's always 2 sides of a coin. But consider the productivity lost on that day. Of course, after probation, when MC is taken, there is definitely compensation such as MC leave that is paid, and ability to claim for it.

I wonder.. why did i get into such a discussion. It's silly la, but i think having 'attracted' 2 anonymous comments, i think i should stand up and justify for myself, my coy and other companies in SG that practices it. I am not out to offend anyone, because i definitely understand that different places/countries practice different things. Hope you/whoever understands. But of course there are other companies that practice different things. But for all the many companies that i've worked for, i wasn't paid for MC taken during probation. So i have never enjoyed any 'PAID MC DURING PROBATION'. I'm quite fit, for one, and proud to say that i've never taken a single day nor claim any MC when i've worked in my current coy. :)

I want to move on, since i'm in the 'random blogging' mode, so today's entry is more on to my doggies' pictures. I hasn't been taking much photos, as u can see, i dont' even time to blog lor. So, comes today, i'm on leave, but yeah, more time to do some serious blogging. :)

Since the last time i got his picture up, he's older. Oh btw, did i tell u that he's 6 years old already. And he has super-duper cute 'Stitch' teeth. Meaning to say that he has cute crooked teeth resembling Stitch of Lilo and Stitch. It's hard to get a good picture of him, since he hated picture taking.

This one was taken on my bed, last week, where he displayed his daily duty of 'go everywhere sleep everywhere' And he really sleeps every where. Btw, he's going to turn 5 years old in August :). The funniest picture of his sleeping position was taken on Friday night where he laid on his bed and slept like a baby. Get ready to laugh.

I can't imagine how he loves sleeping, and i took this shot with the light flashing and the loud click, and he didn't budge! Over here, he's sleeping on his mattress (yes, we got them a mattress, and they sleep with my parents in their air-con installed room)

To me, my dogs are our responsibility. My papa brings them for gai-gai and feed them, my mama brings them for grooming. Me? I provide the daily hugs. U know, how i realized it's true when ppl says that 'Dogs are a human's best friend'. I agree. They seem to understand that when you are angry at them, they just give u a cute look, and all anger disperse. And when u feel sad, they will just lick you and comfort you in the simple way they know. Oooohhh....

Campus Superstar

Man! i have to admit, that's a lot of coding to do!! (Click click!!) Hahaha... Anyway, i hasn't really exactly catch the show, but i think there are noteworthy stuff worth watching. I don't spend money to vote of any of them, at all... not even in the very first season. But i guess, the 13 year old boy really impress me with his vocal chops. I mean, i just happened to wake up on a saturday and on the tv to Channel U and what i saw was the repeat telecast of the show and he was singing. Man! I tell u, i think his vocal skills will put a lot of singers to shame. Don't ask me who i wanna see winning or any predicting of that sort. I don't have the bandwidth. But, everyone's entitled to their dreams, and really live your life to the fullest, though much sacrifice will be needed.

The latest enemy to eBay:Mocca

Ok, this is one latest buzz that came out last week. And i think this is one thing that can last for a while, and hopefully with more advertisements, it will really become really successful. I mean, you seen the Mocca Ad on the car-internet? Or have u heard on radio about this ex-car salesman to potential property agent ad on the radiowaves? The website itself seems pretty good, outlay quite alright, but i hasn't have time to do a more detailed view. But, i must say, i'm quite impressed. But whether if it will sustain and be a really threat to eBAY, that will remain to be seen.

There's another new thing that's up, but i'm losing bandwidth for MIO TV, which hopefully i can do a more indepth view of it in my next other entries.
