It was only like around 10+ entries that i mentioned that W74 is shifting back to Jurong West Street 91.
Yesterday, it also happened to be the last week for Jacelyn, Mingwei, Sarah and me. It was also the day that our Ministry Team officially splits, where the 4 of us are breaking new ground, with us supporting the new service at Jurong West.
It's been about 2 years since we've shifted to Expo. I remembered the first service at Expo, i reached there at 7.am to do sideboard. Oh those memories. And having to endure the dark and the zzzz monster, and the freezing cold aircon. Ministry wise, we moved from having to share a room with the TV crew, we had a freezing cold container with new equipment + new roles of the BV monitor and the Director.
Now, we are back to where we were. One room, 2 main fellas and 2 more people, with sideboard/BV in the hall. Equipment wise, it's not as fantastic yet, but i think the people itself make things fantastic.
During briefing on Sat, Sihui gave a speech which twings the hearts of the people. She's right: it's only a temporal separation, not an eternal separation. JW-ers won't be cut off from the Expo-ers. We will serve together when we have our stadium. For now, JW-ers are going to break new ground. New Breakthroughs are going to come.
So, without much further to say, i present the pictures, which i will miss at Expo Hall 8.
I'll probably miss working on these equipment...
Ok, so it's really goodbye Expo and Hello Jurong West. I guess it has been an emotional time for those who are chosen to break the new ground. We are going to be Very very very happening at Jurong West.
So, here's to a great breakthrough as we are re-breaking our new ground in Jurong.
Unity still stands, even in 2 different locations. =)
