Building consistency and discipline

From this week, where Bible School has started, i've been waking up at 5.30am to ready myself and to ensure i reach Church around 7am for prayer meeting/serving for PM and session 1 of class.

I love the way that i can wake up earlier, being more sensitive to alarm clocks (btw i've 4 now, excluding the human alarm clock that pops by my room at 6am), and enjoying the lessons tremendously, where it's not just having the word of God, and practicals (moving in the gifts of the Holy Spirit).

It's been a blast for this week, and more things to come. And yup, assignments are up, and my first one's due in exactly one month's time.

Yesterday was Friday, and so i thought maybe i can relax a bit, watch some tv Oh, ya i don't watch tv, and surf the net a bit more. From 12.30am onwards, my body started to shiver, my eyelids started drooping, i feel lethargic, and somehow irritated, my hands started to feel numb and i became so tired, i literally just need to lay down and i'll be in slumberland.

And that was where i was until.... 3am! I woke up for no apparent reason, and slept again...... 10am, my alarm clock rang. I stare at both clocks which were rattling away, and i snoozed both and continued to sleep. Then, i opened my eyes and stared at the clock. 12.35pm.

Bahhhh!!!!!

I'll slept for like 12 hours! So my conclusion is, to sleep at the same time, regardless of whether if there's SOT or not. I love my body, because it's the Temple of the Holy Spirit. So i betta take good care of my body. I don't want to spend money taking MC or delaying my assignments, or even work at e9 for that matter.

Discipline and consistency is building in progress!
