I am learning to love sleeping =)

Before last week, i think i never really like sleeping.

Like, right after SOT, i plunged into more late nights, out of my own will. With all the distractions of the internet, and all the various shows that i wanna catch up on, i slept late.

And when i started my job in November, i RESOLVED….. (once again) to sleep early.

I RESOLVED…. many times, to sleep early. And i think i resolve that many times that i can’t even count.

Though i know that sleeping early is good. The teachers in school tells us that 早睡早起,身体好。 But as naughty children, we will 左耳进,右耳出.

It’s only until we reach a certain age, that we realized that, what our teachers taught us when we were young, were so true.

Early in the year, i literally slept at 2am every other day. I dunno if it’s due to aging (Actually, you can really feel the difference when turning from 29 to 30). I feel more lethargic, and just feel sleepy after 1am.

Just last week, i was down with blocked nose, and sore throat. And was on MC for one day. And Oh-so-bliss…. NOT. I slept one whole day, and still feel like i’ve been in the boxing ring for the whole day. And since that day, i told myself that i need to sleep more.

So, i RESOLVE…… once again. That, I will sleep more. And that i should not sleep later than 12.30am. Computer off at 12am at the latest on weekdays.

This year, i aim to be more healthy, and i’m doing more running… in preparation for my 10km run (ARGH!!!! It’s next month!!). And i feel the difference with sleeping more than 6hours per day. I feel fresher at work.

So, this is another thing to do, to work towards a healthier lifestyle! =)
