You are my Father – True Worshippers

I feel very blessed by this song.

PK shared a message on the fatherhood of God this weekend. How our Abba Father loves us.

The whole message brought forth a very strong feeling inside of me.

I wanna take on the character of my Heavenly Father. He is
a) Faithful
b) Generous
c) Affectionate
d) Attentive
e) Accepting

We know that God is like that. But sometimes, it just didn’t sink in. Maybe because our fatherly figure in our lives is not very prominent or maybe we grew up with a concept that our Father God is judging (esp among Asian parents), and is ready to whack us at a moment of failure.

But our Father God in heaven is what the word of God says. HE loves us - way more than we think He does.

Daddy God, Help me to love You, to be more like You. =)
