As u might have known, i’ve a lot of different things that i wanna do. Especially at the turn of the decade.
Baking/Cooking/Steaming is one of them. And hopefully inline with healthy living.
And i’ve started to run, and take part in runs. Guess what? It’s
26 days to go for my next run. It’s my 2nd run, and the first one as a 30yo.
Man, i’ve been slacking, by running only once a week. It’s really kinda sad. But i’m gonna work harder. Tml, i’ll be heading to my most favorite sports stadium at Bukit Gombak (thank God, YOG is over!!!) to do my as-usual 5km and beyond.
Before i forget, i need to cheer about something related to my run. Every since i’ve embarked on this gym-to-running track program, i’ve lost a total of 5KG!!!! I know to many people, this might be a small achievement, but believe me, it’s a grand achievement!!! So i’m even more motivated to work out (like run more… not forgetting swimming), and also to count my calories more diligently (it’s quite a pain in the arse to be so calculative) but i know that it’s doing good. I need to stop slacking in this area.
Based on this calculation, if i run 10km on a regular basis, as what i did with my 5km right now…. it means that i must run 10km to lose 10kg….. NAH, it doesn’t work this way lah!!!!
To prevent myself from disappearing from the blogsphere (which i’ve been…. Wha, my last post was like 2 weeks ago), i shall be very focused on what i will blog in my next entry.

(I’ve already loaded the pictures only my laptop, i just need some time to draft out my entry. And yes, more improvements made) So, just watch out for it.
