Forever 25!

It was 7 days ago that i was still happily being 30.

And 7 days later today, i’m 31 Forever 25, thanks to 2 huge candles and 5 small candles that i had on the birthday cake from the cg.

Seriously, though i am 31 years old, but i don’t feel very much older. Maybe it could be that most of the people around me are much younger. I do sports (sweat, the elixir of the youth.. haha), i try to be as youthful as possible, though i do wish for SK-II to have some imprints soon.

I have frens who are already in their 30’s and they don’t look nor feel a day older than 30. I wanna be like that too.

The reality of life is, all of us age. But the thing is aging gracefully, and actively. Haha. I won’t deny i’m in my 30’s, but yet i know that i’m still 25 at heart. Forever 25! =)

I would like to appreciate these people who showered me with love…
 

I got this 2 Saturdays before, from Michelle. It’s the one and only one card, cause it’s handmade! She got me a super-early gift of Shu Uemura item that she got me in July.  <3



I was in this steam-cake making craze right after i turned 30 years old. And i was at it for a season until January this year. Then i got busy and couldn’t continue with the craze. And quite often, i come across steamed-cake books and i got so intrigued, but i got no time. :( And for some reason, i didn’t get the books.

But thanks to my Colleague Mingfang, i got my steamed cake book. Watch out for more steaming in the coming month (Post PSLE)… Can’t wait to steam nicer cakes! =)



Do not be mistaken, it’s indeed a bouquet of flowers with 3 pink bears, from my Colleagues and manager from my department. They are just so sweet!!! <3

And yes, the 31yo me doesn’t really bother very much about how i looked. Cause the weather was so HOT….. and i am HOT.

I dunno about u, but i guess when i grow older, birthdays aren’t as demanding as when i was as a youth. Maybe because it means that i’m growing older when i wish i remain younger. And as a youth, i wished i grew up faster every other year. Haha… The ironies of life.
