Graduation at Raffles Convention Centre 24th October 2005

Finally the graduation ceremony is over liao. It was good I guess :) .. Who says that going for convocation is not tiring?? It’s so tiring ok!!! Somemore there’s a lot of ppl.. and I mean a LOT!!! Hmmm. But it was great as I get to see so many of my school mates… those that I have not seen for so long a time…

I took quite a lot of shots… of myself and my mommy.. Papa was so funny leh.. even when mommy was putting on the regalia for me, papa will take photo too.. but he also tio suan, because my mama say, “Eh! Put on gown also need to take photo, u think like getting married ah” Hahaha…

It was pretty interesting u know. At the starting of the presentation of the award, I thought that the chancellor looked Chinese….. Ooops, yuan2 lai2 he was really Chinese hahaha…Then i remembered. Oh.. yah.. Curtin Chancellor is Chinese. [I think his name is Eric Tan or something…] Hehe… And the vice-chancellor was the one reading out the names and the award title…I think there’s at least 400 plus graduates… He read until he became a bit blur liao.. even as the recipients of the award ourselves, we felt sleepy.

The most amazing thing about the ceremony is really about our fellow graduands’ attaire. One of the 2 doctorate’s wore *gasp* sandals and jeans! Wha.. some more doctorate leh… Hmmmm….. very the inappropriate for ceremony huh…. [In case u didn’t know…. We are supposed to be attired in white top and black bottom] And some of the most amazing attires include a lady, I think she’s also from Bachelor of commerce.. yah that’s the most amazing one… She wore a pink color top [YES, exactly the same color as the Business school sash, exactly the same shade of pink] and black bottom… hmmm. that’s a nice match.. though a bit -_-'''

Ah.. food… yeah, we were very tired after the whole thing, but we went for the refreshment… what I can say is THE FOOD IS EXCELLENT!!! Hahaha… at first thought about the phrase “light refreshment”… to me it’s really very light.. maybe very little. Wha I was wrong man! The food, is really very fantastic… lemme think.. it includes… Hargow, beehoon, cheechongfun… etc.. and pastries.. desserts.. fruits. And it kept on being refilled… Wha.. it’s the most mind-blowing light refreshments I had man!! Haha
