FOX - the brand and people that ROCKS !

This that i'm talking about is the apparel label, FOX FASHION. I think in this entry, i wanna comment on the good service that i've received from them.

As u know ah, my cg having Christmas party and of course that comes with the gift exchange. So i decided to get a top from FOX at SUNTEC, after the NYDC gathering on Monday. At that time, it was about 9 plus already. And i entered the shop just as the customers are getting fewer and fewer [it's closing time].

So i saw this sales personnel, a lady, with a very distinctive hair style, for her gender. It's like the gatsy 'clapping hair' that kinda style. But she really impressed me. Because at that point in time i wasn't really thinking of buying it that day. But just to browse. This gal really impressed me, because i think i was the only customer there. And i was pretty fussy about the style of the top and everything. And she kindly helped me with the design, suggesting really nice tops, which at a point in time, i wished i bought for myself...

And by the time i chose, it was like 10 mins past the shop closing time. And the rest of the sales personnels' attitude really ROCKS! They are so polite!! They deserve a STAR for their good attitude!!

Today i went to exchange the size of the top again, but at the BUGIS outlet. The personnel were quite friendly, at least the one who serviced me. And she even got another sales personnels who's of similar size as the receipient of the gift to try out, so that i can gauge which size is the best.

Great customer service that is rendered! Great job! Well done!
