I had a lovely dinner with my friends, Diana, May and Wendy on Monday. We had not met up for at least like 6 months… The last time we met was in June… In the last 6 months, our Diana got married, and now she’s Mrs Tan!! =) The food at NYDC was ok. We felt that it was really quite salty and not very suitable for our tastes. But… there’s always a silver lining out of every situation…. The dessert rawk… and I mean it ROCKS!!! Wha… first time I ate mudpie!!
Paiseh leh. No pictures available. We were too engrossed in the mudpies and the bony cake Mr and Mrs Tan were eating, and *slaps my forehead* I should have take a shot of it… The desserts are so nice to see and good to eat!!

Grandma going nuts?? [Should be this name]
It consist of marshmallows inside with an oreo pie base with some whipped cream and almond pieces.

Jedi Mudster
This is the one that Wendy and I shared. Like most mudpies, it also have an oreo pie base.. [Anyway, I saw a full piece of oreo biscuit with the cream while cleaning out the dessert plate] It’s chocolately and yummy, and YES, it’s super sinful. I felt that it’s too sweet. See lah. I have to go on a 2 week chocolate fast.. Hahahaha.
My verdict: (5 out of 7 stars)
That bony cake
This bony cake is fully chocolate and yet it has ice-cream. Yummy. The cake is heated up and when eaten with vanilla ice-cream… There’s only one word to describe it…. HEAVENLY! But, if u wanna try it, go to any NYDC! And yes, it’s another SINFUL creation. It tastes just right. IMO it’s not too sweet.

New Spectacles
Thank God for His blessings yet again. Saturday I got a new pair of spectacles. And I made it at the 大鼻孔’s shop. The specs are really quite stylish, and I chose the one that is really special.

I HAVE LANDED MY JOB! Yeah. Praise the Lord! I’m going to go for training on the 31st of December for a half day program then I’ll start work on the 3rd of January with M***Power Services. Exciting times ahead!!
