What a Week.

This is Furby.. He's lying on the floor, as he usually likes... so that people can give him tummy rub. That's his favorite, whenever we come home, he will 'peng' for us to rub him.

He's sleepy lah... I'm sleepy too.

It has been a real tiring week for me. Every night since the start of the week, i have pengz on the bed at around 12am and nua till like 7.30am, before the mad rush to work. I think it's really very physically draining. Last week was emotionally draining, this week is physically draining.

Nearly fell asleep during work. But there has been a renewed passion for work. Unexpected close like one more job for a client. Praise God for His goodness. So far I have closed to about $4,400 ++ this month. It's really a breakthrough. First time i hit like $4k. Hopefully next month it will get better, from glory to glory, strength to strength.

It's been an adventure at work this week. Have quite a lot of people going for interviews, and i'm seeing more people, before deciding to send out their resumes. See i do good QC checks. =) Regards to that immature and irresponsible candidate (A/cs Asst) who ran away from work, get ready to receive ur writ from S.C.T. You owe us **% in penalty!

Talking about adventure, i had a new opening this week. And it's really very specialized, and in the whole of MP, only Tony ever looked for such a position.... And now he's no longer around in MP. Haiz. Boss explained briefly on what this position is and the industry to me. Anyway the post is a RF Design Engineer. Pretty high-end. And yes, it's killing lotsa brain cells. Today i finally received some resumes for it. Talking to 2 of them has caused many brain cells' sacrifices. Because what they tell me, i go "huh??" After putting down the phone with them ah (i talk for at least 10 mins with 1 candidate), i feel so lost... a bit stranded. Quite stress. But i'm open to the challenge!! Yes! Rising up to the challenge!

Anyway, if anyone wants a career change, or knows who wants a career change, and is able to design MMIC/RFIC... is a Masters Degree holder in Electronics/Electrical with 2-3 years relevant experience in Design of MMIC/RFIC, contact me. But i guess there's not a lot of people that does RF. Just try my best lor.
