Chorus Board Training Session

Today's the first time i'm conducting training for Chorus Board. It's a totally different feeling i guess.

I've always been the trainee, never the trainer. It's a real different experience.

I remembered going for Trainer's training under Jx. Yeah, it's like 2-3 sessions worth. I don't remember if i really applied what i've learnt.

I just did what i need to do. Just teach. Shared on the functions of the song board, got them to draw the outlines, got them to flash.

I conducted a crash course since 11.10am till around 11.35am. I just briefly explained what was needed, and sift out whatever that is not needed.

From 11.40am, we continue with the 2nd lesson. 4 trainees in total.

Finally finished at around 1pm. Oops.... over the time.

Had test for them.... and in the midst of it, getting my candidate to go Bugis to register.

This batch of trainees, i agree with Rosa, they are really of high-calibre standards. Good good!! Though 2 of the trainees are on crash course, have to absorb the system into their CPU, and flashing it up and things like that. But they have done very very well!! *clap-clap*

3 of the 5 trainees will be in the same team as me....

Tuition was cancelled. Good for one, i'm tired... very very tired. Need to rest and recharge.

Tml service is at 9AM, followed by prayer meeting at 2PM, then have to conduct make up training for one of the trainees at 5PM.

It's gonna be another busy day.

I'm loving it! Yeah... gonna get my Purple jacket from Baleno.
