Moving to other teams in Chorus Board

Today marks my last day with Kelvyn's team on Chorus board. Well, the news was confirmed last week, though he mentioned it to me about 2 weeks back. i went to help out Jacelyn's team a few weeks back, and they are REALLY short of people, because there were a few of guys who need to serve the country, and one or two who 'obeyed the call of the government' to be fruitful and multiply. So all in all, there were about 4 -5 people left in the team.

But i think i'm able to mingle well with them. For one, they are really nice people... and there are others who are real 'entertaining'.... to the point of crappiness (-_-)''' Argh.... Lol. Oh, Torance will be going over with me. So hope he's able to fit well there, and that he will be able to be more trained on Side-board.

So going over to a new team, means new goal-settings need to be done, though it's a real not-there-not-here month to do that. I mean, i remembered Kelvyn often asked me what was my goal in Chorus Board Ministry for 2005 and 2006. I remembered saying that 2005 is that i just want to serve. 2006, i want to do more... and i really did more. Going up to mains, learning to do Announcements, serving on Chorus Board during KL mission Trip, and coming back to be more ZAI in ministry. Man! It has been a great adventure.

What i hope i can achieve in Jacelyn's team:
1) To continue to train up the new members in side-board.
Kinda got a feeling that i'm likely to be 'parked' at Main Board more than Side-Board. I mean, I will want to help to train people on Sideboard, and raise them up, so that they can also move on to Main Board eventually. I seem to be bringing Kel's values over to Jacelyn's team : to produce all-rounders, or rather to multiply ourselves. =)

2) To be able to do better in Announcement, Sermon... and to learn how to be a Director.
Hmmm.... Announcement CB skills are here-and-there and need improvement. Sermon, need to be more 'leng-jeng' and i'm not really there yet i guess. Directorship, i was NEVER really exposed to it, and the only thing i know about it is that it's a person who communicates with the TV people, and have to wear the headphones and listen throughout the service, what was communicated. Yeah, looking forward to being an all-rounder. =)

SO i guess, the next better players, Grace and Winson, gambatte ne!!! Need to rise up even more in the team, doing more. I'm sure u guys will do it well!!!
