SHIFTING is serious SHIT BUSINESS

This is one project, that i wish i can really do well.....

BUT

it's not an easy thing to do.

I need wisdom. Because i'm NOT coping well with it.

I don't mind working hard, working extra hours.....

It's a thin line between doing the right things and doing things right.... between being efficient and being effective.

And from what i see, i'm doing the right things, just not doing it right, and just being not efficient and not being effective....

ARGH I HATE IT!!!! Hate it when i can't do it the way that i expected myself to do it.

~I need to be effective and do the right things~

And i'm so tirrrreeeeed after one whole day of killing.... what, millions of braincells just to get my whole body going, and to do the stuff required effectively.

Operations is never easy. And i know that no matter if it's kuchi-kurak, or SUPER-DUPER big shift, I HAVE TO COMPLETE IT!

SO, DON'T U DARE SEE ADMIN/OPS PEOPLE AS UNIMPORTANT ROLES, EVER!

This is only the beginning. More issues will pop up, whether if i can handle it or not.

But what can't kill me, will make me stronger.
