Ok, as said, i'm going to do quite a few entries on my current read. So i'm going to start with the few Archetypes.
The A Student
The 'A' student is a very prepared type of person, who anticipates the next step to things. He/she is very disciplined and are very focused people. Besides, they are really logical ppl, because they don't ask stupid questions and knows how to package themselves (physically and other areas. They have a good sense of time. However...
They can be inflexible and are control freaks! (ARGH!), and sometimes knowing too many facts can cause them to focus on the wrong things, like the small picture. And more often, they may ask too many questions, a lil too deep.
I'm no A student (in fact i think i get more C's... maybe a C student), but it seems that A students apply more on to the PMs in my co and generally, managers. Because, PMs has the tendency to micromanage, which is a good thing.
At least i dont's see any A student-Prima Donnas. There's quite a few ppl that i know that i'll put them as A student-Cheerleader. :)
The Class clown
Crappiness and Lameness is what i'll describe the person. U know, the joker and the joke. One great thing about them is that they have fresh perspective of things, and they are fast and .. Loud. They have this thing about them where they just ease things during pressurizing moments. However...
They need to know when to joke and when not to, and whether if ppl classify them as a half-past-six joker or a 100% joker, it affects them.
I can be crappy but i don't want to be branded a 100% joker (my 'skills' is maybe 20%), but i don't think i'm a class clown. There's a few that i see here, and they are really funny and lame, but thankfully i see Class Clown-Activists, and never a class clown-gossip (Super duper poisonous blend!)
Ok... i'll continue on the next entry. Doing this while multitasked with eating my pasta and hotate. Think about what archetype u are. It's really interesting. Till next entry!
