It has been fruitful, and boss gave positive comments and areas which i have to work on, which is really fantastic.
Though there was some parts that could not lead to the completion, as apparently i filled the wrong form for that part, but looking forward to completing that.
At the very least, for the first part, i've some improvement, at a score of 3.16. Well, at least i have about three 4s, and about four 2.75's. (2.75 means it's not really achieve that yet, so need to gambatte gambatte).
Next week, i need to schedule for final salary review for everyone, so earth9-ers, look out for it, if u are reading this (which i doubt it).
Anyway, to prep everyone, i've searched out an article that shows the salary survey for this year, which is a shocking average at 5% increment.
I myself got a shock when i saw it. 5% means a miserly $90 increment if it applies to me (wha lao, really worst than peanuts, why i think it's around the size of a mustard seed). Man! the govt should be more generous with their estimation la.

I read someone's blog, where she was pissed at getting a 3% increment, after a year's hard work, putting in weekends and extra hours. Morale fell to a new low.
What i can say is, the person's company is super giam-siap. They want to close shop already since they are pissing ppl and inviting them to 跳槽.
I doubt coy will fall under this category, but then, prep for it, because there may be a probability that the increment may not be as fantastic as estimated.
i have to temporarily say adios to my targetted $300 increment. =( (based on that salary survey,i think i will really umchio if i can get $200 increment). i'm still having faith, as small as a mustard seed, that a miracle can happen.
