Defence against all flus!

I took this picture some time back after i alighted from the bus.



At that point in time, i was just recovering from a bout of flu, and greatly in need of a vitamin C boost.

I must agree that this ad really reflect what i felt: Wherever you are (be it in the office or in school), it's a jungle out there. Gotta be ready when someone around you is ready to spread the 'love'. You won't wanna be caught unaware when the 'love' gets to you.

Isn't it true especially since last weekend, where there's a new mutation of the flu epidemics.

First we have the Bird flu, where the germs are spread from birds (apparently) to humans and caused death for the past 2 years of existence.

Then just last week, there's this new mutation that appeared out of nowhere, called the swine flu which seem to be spreading throughout Mexico. Just this morning, i saw the Taiwanese news, which reported that a family who was return to TW from Seattle, had a kiddo who was suspected with fever!

Especially at this time, every country is getting ready to deal with it when it hits? I think Singapore is ready.

But beyond that, generally cleanliness is important. And so is building the immunity system right now.

Seriously, i need to start drinking my Vitamin C.

Berrocca or Redoxon??? Redoxon or Berrocca???

Whatever it is, as long as it can provide some protection to u against any mutated flus, i think it doesn't really matter.
