Quality Fellowship =)

For the past week, at SOT, we were talking about the Tabernacle. And in the Tabernacle, there consisted of the various stuff found in the tabernacle. Yes, there's a lot of them.

There's a furniture in the Holy Place that i wanna talk about.

That is the Table of ShowBread.

Now, the table of showbread speaks about Fellowship.

Fellowship is not just eating and drinking, but it's about sharing life, about our Christian walk, and encouraging one another.

Today, i stayed back at Cafe to start up on my Assignment Faith, since i didn't have to work. So i was near to a electrical ports to charge up my laptop battery. I was with some of the team members.

After they left, i shifted to sit together with another of my group mate, DJ, who's an international student. Initially, i didn't know that we would be sharing much with each other, since she was busy with her stuff and me with mine. But when we began to start talking, the more we talked, the more we just left off what we were doing and just focus on what we were talking about.

But, i must say that i really enjoy that time. Through the 1.5 hours of just talking to her, i feel so bless, and the presence of God was there. And we feel encouraged by each other's sharing.

DJ went through quite a bit of opposition/discouragements to study Theology and nearly went to another country to study Theology, but with God's intervention, she found her way to Singapore and to CHBTC. But what touches and encourages me much, was her joy and her willingness to respond to the call of God, to come to Bible School, and what lays in store for her after SOT, and she's 100% sure of, is to be a preacher of God's word when she returns to her country.

For me, i need to really pray for my calling, what i should do after SOT... yeah, i need to do that. I want to walk in the destiny He has for me.

On my part, i shared on my struggles, insecurities, and how i learnt not to put security in finances, but in God who owns the cattle on a thousand hills, and how i bargained with God.. and how He called me to come to SOT this year and not drag the time as i initially wanted to.

The time of fellowship was so wonderful. We were just sharing on what we did to come to SOT, about visions and dreams, and what a privilege it is, to be able to come to God's presence every single weekday morning, to worship and study His word.

We didn't eat and drink, we just shared our lives, encouraging each another. And it's time very very well-spent!

This is what i call Quality Fellowship! =)
