The Week of Moving in the Gifts

This whole week in SOT has been tremendously bless for every one of us SOT students.

We have been learning about the Gifts of the Holy Spirit - 属灵的恩赐

Though this topic wasn't exactly new to me, since i've somehow managed 7 wednesdays bible study lessons about 3 years back, but it's a totally new and wonderful experience.

It's very different from being in the bible study and being in Bible School.

Because though in Bible School, we do like 3 lessons per day, but for this particular bible study, we got to do practical. =)

On Tuesday, i was serving upstairs, so i was with 2 other ChorusBoard interns. The rest of the congregation was having practical in pairs, 'practicing' how to release the anointing. And there we were, the 3 of us, watching as the rest practiced, seeing people touched by the presence of God... people were weeping, falling under the anointing of God.... At that moment, i felt that even though we were serving, but we are not deprived of this gifting that God wanna give to us, even as we served. It was a good time of moving in the gifts.

On Friday, I was serving downstairs (Praise God!) with an intern whom i'm serving with for the first time. And we had practical again. Just the night before, i felt a very strong desire to fast and to pray. Because i desired to move in the gifts of the Holy Spirit. And ended up, i prayed for the intern.... I spoke a word that i wasn't sure, just totally leaning on the Holy Spirit. And God worked through me to bless the intern. =)

Beyond that, God spoke through me to another friend, who was msn-ing with me, and who wasnt' doing very well.... And thank God for His leading. I think i did hit the nail on the head.

The bible says that we should desire these spiritual gifts. And i wanna use the gifts of the Holy Spirit to Bless, Encourage, Exhalt and Edify! Beyond that, to bring healing. Meaning to say, i wanna move in the gifts even more.

Now now now, though we are already moving on to the next bible study, but i wanna be consistently led by the Holy Spirit, I wanna keep on having this spiritual hunger for God even more!

Assignment Faith's due tomorrow. And Spirit-filled Believer's Handbook in 8 days. I'm still chionging to finish ready SFBH... I'm only close to half way through! Gambatte ne!!! Gulp! After tomorrow's lesson on Homiletics, will be 4 days of mock cgs. I'm the first to do games! Need wisdom for Games! 加油！加油！加油！
