I don't have H1N1. I only have a swollen throat!

Kena suan-ed twice within 3 hours today.

Right after school, i went straight home (eh hem, i have MC today ok). So i went home and first thing, my dad asked me?

Dad: Not working today?

Me: Nope. Sick lah....

(Dad's eye twitched....)

Dad: Not H1N1 hor??

Me: Aiyo!! No lah.......!!

Sigh... when u have flu now, people will immediately link u to H1N1!!!! So very the irritating!!!



The next was like 2 hours ago.... i was having my deserved rest when E.Ling called me. When i saw the number, i wasn't able to grasp who it was until i heard his voice.

E.Ling: Hey!! Are u there ah?

Me: (With a very throaty voice) yeah.

E.Ling: Wha u sound sick... U just woke up ah?

Me: Yah....

E.Ling: Wha... u sound quite bad leh.. Are you one of those 600 plus ppl who got H1N1.

Me: CHOY!!!!! Grrrrllll....


Sigh..... But it can't be blamed lah. People are so paranoid these days. And Singapore is like climbing the charts of those increasing number of H1N1 cases. As of today we have 629 cases of H1N1.

2 Secondary schools have to open classes one week later, and one polytechnic, one pub, and 2 camps made up a cluster of H1N1 sufferers.

We need to be in better health. I need to be responsible, so i wore a mask in school, and will wear until my swollen throat stop getting swollen. (i think that will come soon, once i'm done with my 10 sermons outline)
