6 days to Christmas 2006

Yeap, if u didn't realize it, there are 6 more days to Christmas.... And since the middle of the month, Christmas decorations has been appearing wherever a shopping mall exist. And of course, not to mention Christmas trees!!!

So, here, i am going to showcase the various Christmas trees that crossed my path.

Showcase No 1: X'mas Tree at Jurong Point1

This is one big christmas tree that was featured in my previous entry. Yup, it is 3 storeys high. It's not as impressive though.

Showcase No 2: X'mas tree at Jurong Point2

This is also featured in my previous entry. This is the stupid looking, sp... dancing christmas tree. Feels so crappy looking at it. Until time of blogging, i still can't find a word to describe the emotions that comes with looking at it.

Showcase No 3: The Sookee Christmas at Bugis Junction

This is the most recent picture that i have taken... in fact it's fresh out of my camera phone. Fyi, this christmas tree is adorned by the many diamonds and jewels from SooKee, and right now they are having a contest to invite viewers to guess the total amount of diamonds used. Very shiny to the point of glaring though. Nice!!!

Showcase No 4: X'mas Tree at Earth9 Office

Yes!! Of course, our very own Christmas Tree in the Office. Kudos to Art and Bryan for setting up the tree, and Shi Hui to assist in the decorations. Even though there are no neon lights to go with it, but it's very heart-warming to have a christmas tree in the office. Don't u agree? :)

It's 'snowing' around here

As u guys know lah, Singapore is located in the Tropics, so NO SNOW!!! Argh!! To play with snow, go to SNOW CITY. But it was since last night, it has been raining NON-STOP!!! Even as i'm typing on my laptop, it's still raining HEAVILY!!

I was out delivering by hand a very very important document to HPB when i saw a phenomenal sight, that set me wondering. In any case, i took it from my camera phone, on a 4x zoom, near to the bus-stop leading to HPB...

You can't really see this thick cloud hovering. Next picture is clearer.

Did u noticed? That the building on the right is very blurred. It seemed that there is a cloud that is covering over it. Hmmmm.... Let's get an even closer look.

Oh gosh, What was that?! On first thought, i guess it's a cloud that got too low. Could it be due to the very freezy weather? Actually if it's air.... I learnt in Secondary school that AIR cannot be seen (unless in some circumstances, read ur primary science textbook!!). But in my mind, i take it to be quite a rare sight.

Anyway, because of the cold weather, i deduced that the clouds are having a serious case of diarrhea. This is how i deduced it. Was talking to a colleague Danny and this just came out of my mind and i typed it out...

*****

me: Is Malaysia raining heavily? Man, over here it has been raining like it's been having diarrhea. Non-stop!

danny: Hmmm...

*****

Instead of snow, we had continuous rain. I wonder, how long will this rain last.

I realized that during rainy seasons, it's very romantic to listen to music, esp Class95. Was listening to it while travelling home, and i kinda enjoyed myself.

I guess, in the season of the First Love (How God gave His Son to us), listening to Yasmin on Love Songs, man, it gives a very romantic feeling.... like the Season of Love is coming. Which it is... God came in flesh. Jesus Christ.

Well, it's a way tad too early, but

Merry Christmas!!!
