Challenging week
This week, seriously is one challenging week that i went thru ever since this year, and yeah, one of the more challenging ones in e9. ETA's not in town, as he's in KL office. He needed to oversee the moving of the MY office, i mean the renovation works. So far been so good. Things have arrived. And well, don't think that MD not in office, i senang ah. I'M NOT LAH!!! I guess, for many things, i rather that he's in the office. Because, for one, i'm relatively new, and usually it counts to be on the safer side of things. He's going too fast at times, and i'm getting a bit pun-cheh trying to catch up. But it's a challenging time for me to learn more things. Guess at MP i'm really too comfy with what i was doing. Here, i get to learn things that other HR ppl may not get to experience.
Whatever it is, THANK GOD for a victorious week. At least things that are required, are, well, accomplished to a big percentage. ETA was real encouraging. I guess he sensed that i'm a bit stressed/overwhelmed by the amount of things that i'm assisting him to handle. Thanks!! I will gambatte ne!!
Christmas is coming
Last weekend, was Jac's baptism. So we were at the West side of Singapore for a change. And we went to our old favorite shopping centre - Jurong Point!!!
This is the Christmas tree that was at Jurong Point. Why it's 3 stories high ok. I don't think it's the biggest tree there though. But there was some trees that are quite disturbing...
It's not the 2 persons' head that i want to show, but it's the trees. Yes, if u are wondering, they are wearing christmas hats. And here, they are preparing to dance.
Yes, they are spinn... i mean dancing. And the first time i saw it, i thought that it's really quite stupid lah. I mean, if it's a fast song, it's ok to sp... dance fast. But when u do the same thing on a ssssllllllooooowwww song....

Congratulations on Ur SOT Graduation
Today is 17th December 2006. It's the day of Graduation from School of Theology.
Just 3 weeks back, CG has a new addition of 2 members, one of them is in Bible School. Her name's Weiping, and she's Taiwanese. Yah, she'll be going back to Taiwan. Yup. She's the one in the picture.
Well, she's more chinese-speaking, as she hails from Taiwan. And she has a very very very... bubbly personality, with her infectious smile. And when she speaks during testimony time, she get very excited and is very animated. But she's someone with a very willing heart, where, she went to do visitation to... [i forgot where.... is it CCH?] a few kids, she prayed and reached out to the kids. She has a real great attitude towards things, and is always grateful. Someone with a willing heart + child-like faith, simply believing in God.
Well... though i didn't really have a chance to know her more, but Weiping, you must work harder when u go back to Taiwan. Just like Dr Jeff Ogle said, you have to leave the Harbour [SOT] and be ready to face the oceans, the many challenges that will come your way. Go back and impact the youths in Taiwan for Jesus!!! Zan Mei Zhu!!!
